Nethercraft Panelstone: Gothic Architectural Surfacing
Stone paneling now available for your Haunted house, playcastle or basement dungeon. Easy to install sheets just under 4' by 8', 3/4" deep. Simply screw to your walls or framework. Vacuumformed 090" ABS plastic, thicker and stronger than many competitors’ products.
For indoor use, auto primer or oil-based primer recommended.
For outdoor installation, works great over OSB (particleboard) frame. Physical properties and price similar to vinyl siding. Our custom formulated stone primer (optional) will last 15 years outside without chipping or peeling. Mosses will grow as they do on real stone.
Edges may be interlocked for a seamless, continuous wall. The panels be cut with rotozip, shears, tablesaw or jigsaw. (Gloves, eye and ear protection required.) Bends made by gently heating with propane torch. Crennelations, gothic window insets and other specialties available.

Shipping
Shipping costs start at $300 because the size of these walls require commercial freight. A quote will be provided, depending on your location and size of order. For Paypal orders,the shipping fee will be invoiced separately. Pick-ups are welcome in Southfield, Michigan.
Cathedral Stone Wall
Compatible with wall sections containing gothic windows, and with crennelations. 7' 6 1/2" tall, 3' 5 1/2" wide. 3' 1 1/2" wide when interlocking. Cut on left side of panels for this. Also great for vaulted ceilings.
Fieldstone Wall
Stones are more rough-shaped and natural than cathedral stone. 7' 7 1/2" tall, 3' 7 1/2" wide. 3' 4 1/2" wide when interlocking.
Panelstone with Wide Gothic Window Inset
Same dimensions as cathedral stone wall. When attaching this section to particleboad, first cut a rectangular hole 52" high by 22" wide, 28" from bottom of wall. When building walls accessible from both sides, a front and back section may be attached. The depth of these window insets is designed to accomodate a wall 4 1/2" thick. (2x4 studs sided with 1/2 OSB on both sides.)
Panelstone with Narrow Gothic Window Inset
Same dimensions as cathedral stone wall. When attaching this section to particleboad, first cut a rectangular hole 51" high by 13" wide, 28" from bottom of wall. When building walls accessible from both sides, a front and back section may be attached. The depth of these window insets is designed to accomodate a wall 4 1/2" thick. (2x4 studs sided with 1/2 OSB on both sides.)
Small Crennelation Panel
For the tops of your castle walls. 3' 9" tall, 3' 5 1/2" wide. 3' 1 1/2" wide when interlocking. Cut on left side of panels for this. Crennelations 5 1/2" tall. While the stone is of cathedral type, the interface on bottom edge is straight, so it may be set over fieldstone walls as well as cathedral stone. (Many medeival towers use a variety of stone types, built over many generations.)
Large Crennelation Panel
For the tops of your castle towers. 5' 2" tall, 3' 5 1/2" wide. 3' 1 1/2" wide when interlocking. Cut on left side of panels for this. Crennelation 18" tall.
Flagstone Strip
7' 6" long by 16" wide. Use these large stone pieces for roof ridges, free standing columns or miscellaneous extras.
Column for Doorways
4' 10" tall by 12" wide. On each side of a doorway, use two joined together to accent a doorway in gothic style. May be cut and spliced to accomodate various height doorways.
Arch for Doorways
5' 6" long 11 wide 1/2". Use 4 cut and joined together for beautiful gothic archways.
Rose Window Kit
A 6' diameter Rose Window in high gothic style, set into a steeple. Plexiglass stained glass may be added for a truly majestic facade. For a front and back viewable Rose steeple , order 2 Rose window kits and four flagstone strips.
Flying Buttress
Comes in 8 pieces, total height of 12' 6". Max distance from wall 12' 7". Or use two buttresses to make a majestic archway 13' wide.
Period Copper Roof
Copper roof sections, 7' 9" by 3' 9". Our primer is color adjusted to simulate copper patina, and will not chip, fade or peel for the life of the plastic. Min order 4 sheets.

Adhesive Spoo
This stuff is geat for permenently welding together column pieces, arches, covering screw heads, joining window sections, and for various repairs. Surface dries very quickly. For easier dispensing, use a cake icing tube, or a ziploc with a corner cut off. Comes in quart or gallon cans, may be thinned with acetone. Wear latex or nitrile gloves, use in a well ventilated area. When fully dry, welded areas may be sanded down to an even surface.
Some Tips on Assembly
Eye and ear protection and gloves required for cutting.
To interlock panels, cut away small stones as pictured.
To join window insets front and back for a wall accessible from both sides, first trim off 1/8" from one side's window so it fits into the other side. Use drywall screws to pin the two windows together. Screw the walls in place. If pieces are slightly out of alignment, gently heating with a propane torch will help you bend them into a better position. Then apply adhesive deeply into the gap. et cure overnight, then remove screws. Sand down welds, and fill screw holes with more adhesive.
For making an outside corner, first measure where on the panel the bend needs to be. Mark this along the backside of the panel. Then cut a "V" out of the rib of plastic which forms the sides of individual stones, so you can bend the plastic without them getting in the way, using snips or rotozip. Apply heat with a propane torch all along the bend line, then bend it up into the new position. Practice first with scrap pieces.
